Coaching on site: On-Site presence, according to a schedule plan, agreed with the Customer.
Certified Training: Sessions of specific courses (held by our SAP certified teachers).
On-line Support: Remote support 7x2.
Development Plans: Development of new functionalities and projects, scheduled according to each Customer's needs.
Implementation of Solution Extensions: Implementation of extension packages, including Open Text, Adobe Interactive Forms, HP LoadRunner, Invoice Management and others.
